- Embed library services and programming further in the community, reaching new populations.
- Enhance regional recreational and library services with public WiFi and site-specific analytics.
- Provide a resilient internet distribution framework for regional disaster preparedness.
- Provide an innovative local network to to area entrepreneurs and app developers.
- Develop best practices for deploying TV White Space technology in conjunction with the interests public and private sector, including policy briefs, success analysis, and establishing citizen privacy best practices.
